I had so many, I took two plates of them to work. I had some people request the recipe, so here it is----
Crust
1 cup or 2 sticks butter
2 cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups quick rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups flour

Chocolate Topping
1 bag milk chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbs butter
2 tsp vanilla
Crust: Cream butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread 3/4 of the crust mixture in the bottom of a cookie sheet. Save remaining 1/4 for topping. (I usually spread all of the mix on the bottom and then make another half recipe of the crust for the topping.)
Chocolate Topping: Melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and vanilla in the microwave stirring occasionally. Once melted, pour over crust. Sprinkle remaining crust over chocolate topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes!
