Steve and I took a very last minute trip to South Dakota. We had so much fun. We stayed in a little town called, "Deadwood." It is in a Gulch in the Black Hills. It was really pretty. It stayed nice and cool. The whole town is on the National Historical Registry and is famous for being the place Wild Bill Hilkock was shot. The town is also famous for gambling-- we played a whole $5. I hated it! So dumb :)
On our way home, we visited Mount Rushmore. It was so Cool! Here are some pictures from MountRushmore with more from Deadwood on the way :)
I want to go!!! When I come visit sometime, we're going. I also want to go to West Yellowstone. I loved that place when I went 12 years ago!!! It's a plan. That's what we'll do. PS You look so cute in your pics... Even though you need your hair did. :) love you guys!!!
